I filmed “New Year” completely on my own in my creative studio, which is about 14’x17′.
I used a green screen and licensed video clips to add myself to lots of different scenes.
I learned some new skills in Premiere Pro while editing this video.
I did lots of public behind the scenes for this song.
I created a dance challenge for this song after having not danced for decades–and even though I’d been dealing with chronic pain. I paid for this for days afterward! But I love how the video turned out so it was all good!
